Sourced in Beautiful British Columbia Dried Wood Ear Mushrooms, also known as black fungus or cloud ear mushrooms, are a type of edible mushroom commonly used in Chinese and other Asian cuisines. They have a dark, wrinkled appearance and a chewy texture when rehydrated.
